Amedeo Celori è un avvocato italiano con oltre 20 anni di esperienza professionale, specializzato nell’assistere aziende italiane nei loro processi di internazionalizzazione.
Amedeo ha iniziato la sua carriera di avvocato nel 2001 a Londra, con Chiomenti Studio Legale, considerato da decenni uno dei migliori studi legali italiani. Nel 2004 va lavorare a Roma nella sede principale di Chiomenti e nel 2008 si trasferisce in Cina, a Pechino, per aiutare Chiomenti ad avviare il suo processo di internazionalizzazione in Asia oltre che per assistere le aziende Italiane che operano in Cina e quelle cinesi che investono in Italia. Nel 2009 viene nominato Chief Representative della sede di Shanghai di Chiomenti e gestisce un team di 8 avvocati.
Nel 2014 entra in Boss & Young Attorneys at Law, un primario studio legale cinese composto da circa 300 professionisti e varie sedi nelle principali città della Cina, in qualità di socio responsabile del mercato italiano. Nell’aprile del 2017, a seguito di uno spin-off di circa 80 professionisti dello Studio Boss & Young, entra insieme a tali colleghi in Grandway Law Offices, sempre in qualità di socio responsabile del mercato italiano ed assiste sia imprese italiane che operano in Cina che aziende cinesi che investono in Italia. Grandway è un primario studio legale cinese composto da oltre 400 professionisti, con sedi a Pechino, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Xi An e Hong Kong.
Amedeo ha una forte competenza nel settore della contrattualistica commerciale internazionale (contratti di distribuzione, agenzia, compravendita, fornitura, etc.), in operazioni di joint venture e M&A. Ha assistito molte aziende italiane nel processo di costituzione all’estero di filiali ed uffici di rappresentanza e ell’ambito di contenziosi e arbitrati volti a risolvere dispute commerciali con controparti cinesi. Si occupa inoltre di diritto del lavoro e di proprietà intellettuale.
